Pricing

Our fees are based on transaction volume and service scope.
All engagements are fixed-fee and reviewed periodically.

Bookkeeping (from £300/month)

• Up to 50 transactions per month

• Monthly reconciliations

• Management of bookkeeping records

Higher transaction volumes are priced accordingly.

The first month is used to confirm transaction volume. Where activity consistently exceeds the agreed

scope, pricing will be reviewed.

VAT (from £120 per VAT return)

• Preparation and submission

• Review of records for compliance

PAYE (from £60/month)

• Monthly payroll processing

• RTI submissions

• Base fee includes up to 3 employees

• Additional employees priced separately.

CIS (from £60/month)

• CIS calculations and returns

• Standard CIS scheme with typical subcontractor volumes. Higher volumes priced separately

Important

• We do not provide tax advice, Corporation Tax returns, or statutory year-end accounts.

• One-off clean-ups and catch-up work are quoted separately.

• Scope: Any requests outside of the agreed compliance package are subject to availability and will be quoted as separate project work.

• We are certified practitioners in Xero, QuickBooks Online, and FreeAgent. Our monthly fees include access to our digital document capture system. Cloud accounting subscription fees are separate, though many of our clients qualify for FreeAgent at no additional cost via their business banking.
